Submission Guidelines
Paper Format:
- Papers should follow the CVPR 2026 format guidelines
- Maximum length: 8 pages excluding references
- Optional supplementary material may be included after the references section and will be considered at the reviewers' discretion
Submission Process:
- Submissions are handled through OpenReview
- All submissions must be anonymized for double-blind review
- Accepted papers will be published in the workshop proceedings
Important Dates
- Paper Submission Deadline: March 8, 2026, 7:59 AM AOE
- Notification of Acceptance: March 20, 2026
- Camera-Ready Deadline: April 8, 2026
- Workshop Date: June 2026 (co-located with CVPR 2026)

- Multimodal Perception for Embodied AI
- Real-Time Decision Making with Foundation Models
- Vision-Language-Action Models in Embodied AI Systems
- World Models for Planning and Control
- Model Compression and Distillation for Autonomous Systems
- Robustness and Safety in Multimodal Autonomous Systems
- Generative Models for Simulation and Training
- Cross-Domain Applications of Foundation Models in Embodied Platforms
Review Process
- All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process
- Each paper will be reviewed by at least 2-3 reviewers
- Decisions will be based on reviewer recommendations and program committee discussion
